Spicy Mocha

Description

This variant of the Classic Mocha perfectly combines its ingredients. The sweetness of the chocolate, the smoothness of the milk, the complexity of the coffee and the warm notes of the spice mix are exceptionally well balanced. It is a great drink to enjoy during the colder months.

Ingredients

• 24 ml - Mixed spice syrup (chilli, cinnamon and ginger)

• Single espresso

• Instant hot chocolate

• Frothed hot milk

• Cocoa powder

• Cinnamon powder

Instructions

1. Pour two doses of spice syrup (approx. 24 ml) into the glass

2. Select “Mocha” on the display and dispense into the glass

3. Decorate with a sprinkling of cocoa and cinnamon

4. The Spicy Mocha is ready to serve

For a more impressive effect, with perfectly divided layers, dispense the chocolate first, then the milk and finally the espresso.
