Nutty Cortado
Cortado is a small drink that mainly contains espresso in the cup. The addition of chocolate and hazelnut cream perfectly harmonises with the hints of coffee.
• Chocolate and hazelnut cream
• Ristretto double espresso
• Frothed hot milk
• Cocoa powder
1. Spread the chocolate and hazelnut cream on the bottom and sides of the cup to create a perfect base for the Cortado
2. Select “Cortado” on the S15
3. Finish the drink with a sprinkling of cocoa

We recommend using a 100% Arabica blend for a lower caffe in econtent, despite the double espresso. For a vegan version, use a plant-based oat drink, which can be frothed with the steam wand.Best served in a transparent cup. Ask your technician to set the recipe on the LaCimbali S15 following the recommended settings to see if they are suitable for your cup and for the ingredients you use.
