Matcha Latte

Description

This drink, originally from Japan and easily recognisable due to its bright green colour, requires just two ingredients: powdered green tea and milk. The characteristic herbaceous flavour of matcha is softened by the combination with milk, making this recipe an excellent alternative to cappuccino.

Ingredients

• 1.5 g - Matcha

• 25 ml - Hot water

• Frothed hot milk

Instructions

1. Dissolve the matcha in a cup with hot water dispensed from the S15

2. Press the “Milk”button and fill the cup with frothed milk

3. The Matcha Latte is ready!

Tips

Matcha has herbaceous notes that can be tempered by adding a teaspoon of sugar to dissolve with the green tea powder and water in step 1.

We recommend setting one of the two buttons for the water dose so that you always obtain the desired dose in the cup.
