The Negroni is the ultimate aperitif cocktail. This version, with the addition of an espresso with notes of dark chocolate and roasted hazelnut, gives an unexpected twist to a popular drink.
• 2.5 cl - Bitter
• 2.5 cl - Vermouth
• 2.5 cl - Gin
• 2.5 cl - Single espresso
• 1 orange slice
• Icing sugar
1. Make a single espresso with the LaCimbali S15
2.Combine, in a tumbler, previously chilled with ice, bitter, vermouth and gin and stir
3. Pour in the cold espresso and stir again with the bar spoon
4. Add ice
5. Decorate with a slice of orange and icing sugar
