The Affogato is a timeless indulgence, adored the world over. This alcoholic version, an adaptation of a great classic, is an excellent choice for after dinner.
• Single espresso
• 2 scoops of custard ice cream
• 2.5 cl - Rum
• Raisins
1. Select a single espresso on the display and dispense it into a small pot
2. Put two scoops of custard ice cream in a 150 ml cup
3. Add 2.5 cl rum
4. Pour the espresso over the ice cream
5. Finish with a sprinkling of raisins to taste
We recommend using a blend of Italian espresso coffee that pairs well with the creaminess and vanilla notes of the ice cream, but is not overpowered by the rum.
